Title: Didactic-organizational models in Primary School to teach Physical Education

Abstract: The perspective to introduce specialist teachers in primary school to teach physical education, for a minimum taught time of two hours a week, is a challenge for the Italian schools, because of cultural and institutional issue of primary school. In this new scenario to encourage the teaching of physical education by specialists, it is necessary to avoid rigid disciplinary models that could substantially isolate the subjects by limiting their educational and training aspects, envisaging interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary models able to fully exploiting contents and methods, following the logic of the link, of the integration, of the continuous exchange between the different disciplines, organizing in a complementary way the different knowledges. In the implementation of the reform on the current organization of primary schools, however, it emerges inapplicability which should be verified in the issuance of the decree, avoiding automatic applications that could nullify the scientific-cultural efforts in support of such reform in case of didactic difficulty- organization in the implementation of the same.

Title: Modelli didattico-organizzativi della scuola primaria per l'insegnamento dell'educazione fisica

Abstract: Il prospettato obbligo dell'educazione fisica nella scuola primaria a carico di docenti specialisti, per almeno due ore a settimana, pone una sfida piuttosto articolata e complessa agli attuali sistemi di governance della scuola che ha una piena autonomia responsabile, in quanto richiede una definizione istituzionale, scientifica e culturale dei modelli didattico-organizzativi della scuola Primaria che sia capace di accogliere tale nuovo scenario di sistematizzazione dell'educazione fisica ad opera di specialisti, rifuggendo modelli rigidamente disciplinari che sostanzialmente potrebbero isolare le discipline depotenziandone e limitandone gli aspetti educativi e formativi, prospettando invece modelli interdisciplinari e transdisciplinari capaci di valorizzarne a pieno contenuti e metodi, seguendo la logica del legame, dell'integrazione, dello scambio continuo tra le diverse discipline, organizzando in modo complementare i diversi saperi. Nell'implementazione della riforma sull'attuale assetto ordinamentale e organizzativo della scuola primaria emergono tuttavia delle inapplicabilità che andrebbero verificate nell'emanazione del decreto delegato, evitando automatismi applicativi che potrebbero vanificare gli sforzi scientifico-culturali a sostegno di tale riforma in caso di difficoltà didattico-organizzative nell'attuazione della stessa.
